i think u guys are right i think it a box problem on my 2.5td went outside now it took forever to start old problem when i tried to move it it wouldent move fast like it should tought it was not reving so took out of D and reved perfect back into D  and it creeped of thr drive is that box or not thanks richy

richy08, try and keep your posts regarding the same problem on the original thead, your get more responses that way!

i had plenty of g/box problems with mine richy, :'( [a forced expert now]if you want a 2nd opinion give me a shout & i`ll see if i can get over & have a look for you :y

Hi richy, if needed I have a 3.0 AR35 auto box here in good working order...means you can chip the Td get much better performance and slightly better fuel consumption...if your at alfs at the weekend you can check his out as its been done and see for yourself the performance benefits :y

As your only in Sheffield I can even drop it off for you if needed :y
