omega dimmer mirror
« on: 28 March 2009, 21:57:51 »

i bought one of the above for my mv6 the other day.
had a quick look where my internal mirror is, can't see any connections for the auto dimmer mirror, is this the case?
just wondering if an auto dimmer can be fitted to my car?

Standard one doesnt have the wiring in place...you will need to wire it up yourself from the internal light wiring :y think there is also one wire that needs to run from passenger footwell wiring...

I wouldn't bother :-/. I don't think they're much better than leaving a normal mirror dipped.

A lot do like them, but as I normally keep my rear blind up I don't really see much benefit of it. I often have a big white thing in my rear view mirror when I use my Omega. ;D ;D ;D

Well I think they are really good but is personal choice again really... if you have an MV6 it won't do the memory function but should just go dim
