If you're not getting water out of the driver's side, then they're either blocked or there's a leak between the passenger's side & the driver's. Have you had the scuttle off & had a look to see what's happening whne you wash the screen?
Re the headlight washers. Is the pump trying to run when you wash the screen - with lights on?

That's why they aren't working then!  ;)  ;)  ;) I'd be going to a scrap yard, or asking one of the very nice men here who are usually breaking cars. I doubt your pump has failed though, your car's not old enough yet!  :y

You can borrow mine, but you'd spend the cost of them on fuel even from Rochdale to Bury.  ;D Go to Halfords, you can buy either socket drive Torx or some like Allen keys. :y

Which motor?
There are two pumps in the tank, one for the screen & another, bigger more pump for the headlight washers. If you're getting water to the driver's side washer jet, it does sound like you've a block somewhere around the passenger washer jet because they're pipe up such that the water passes the passenger's side to get to the driver's side. I have A N Other none heated jet here (off an Astra G) if you want it.

have a look in the ligt tomorrow and see if you're getting power to the bigger pump when you wash the lights.

....as the drivers side jet ont he windscreen works......

You conduddled me!  ;D if you look a the pipe to the screen washers, it follows the edge of the passenger side wing, under the edge of the scuttle to the passenger washer and 'T' straight out to the driver's side. Use  hot water to soften the plastic pipe and remove it from the driver's washer and see what happens. If it's heated, the heater sometimes corrodes and expands ......  :y
