correct toe-in?

I have booked my car for geometry adjustment next week but even though I remember the correct camber I have forgoten what toe-in I should ask them to set front/rear. Anyone?

Haynes says 0 deg 10' +/- 10' front & 0 deg 20'+/-10' for the rear

Haynes also says -1.40 for camber, which is exactly the same as what Opel/Vauxhall quote - and we know by now it is not ideal.

Front toe - 0deg 5'
Rear toe - 0deg 10'
Front camber - 1deg 10'

Marks, can I please ask you to confirm that both front/rear toes are negative?
