can you move an elite leather seat forward

can you slide an elite electric seat forward when the electrics don't work on it please?? if so how??

Yes mate, you need to manually turn the motor round. I think its a square bit that fits into the end of the motors shaft.

Its under the front of the drivers seat (IIRC).

I'm sure i've read on here that there is a nut under the seat that you can put a socket on and turn it to move the seat back or forwards :)

but I think you're refering to the up & down on none Elite full memory seats. :-/

to move the leccy seat forwards and backwards there is a special handle for it. usually with the spare type. insert it in the leccy motor under the seat and wind for victory! (it takes ages)

from memory its a square section cranked handle that should come with the car.
