i another 1 for all u pros out there 1997 2.5 td manual elite cable or flu
id clutch and how wud u change gearbox oil?? :y :y

All Omegas are a Hydraulic Clutch with a slave cylinder

any how tos or advice on changing gearbox oil were wud i start or wat wud i do???

Can I ask you read the forum guidelines posted at top of every section - no text shorthand allowed here ;)

Manual box has a drain and a fill plug, though from memory, uses a pretty thick oil.

Sure somebody else will be along with further details

dead easy BUT!!!! there are a drain plug on bottom of box AND  a filler plug on the offside of the box,halfway up it,usually hard to see cos of box crossmember and exhaust but it is there, :y its very very important you undo the filler plug first!! they have a habit of stripping the torx centre out and if you have already undone the drain plug you have no way of reflling the box!! so its filler plug undo first!!!! :y
