Squicky Belt
« on: 13 May 2009, 17:22:04 »

I am having this funny exhaust noise and also my belt makes this squickyy sounds.
I should be doing paperclip test tommorow.
What can possibly cause the squicky noise. It increases when you rev. :-[

Not sure about the exhaust, but if the squeeky sound is from the timing belt tensioner that this needs to be fixed asap... when were the timing-belt and tensioner last done?

A slipping alt belt is not so bad, possibly worn and needs replacing, or not tensioned properly.
