if you buy the cambelt dvd from the oof shop it covers water pump change as well :y

basically though:

remove multiram (bagpipes)

loosen water pump pulley bolts (easiest with belt still on)

loosen aux belt tensioner (15mm socket clockwise to loosen)

slip aux belt off

remove water pump pulley

change water pump (3 x torx bolts)

and in the famous words "reasembly is reverse of removal" :y

Gen water pump from Vaux is only about £25 on TC...might be worth asking a local member with TC to help you out if you dont have one yourself??

I can buy one from and send it to you for £100?? lol

Yeah on some items it makes a staggering difference having a TC...well worth spending the £20 a year joining ABS and getting a card :y

Was only kidding mate :y

Best bet though if replacing the pump is not 100% urgent is to join ABS tonight...should have your card within a couple of weeks max and get the pump on your own TC then :y Worth ringing back the stealers tomorrow and get a price on TC and be prepared to be staggered :y
