help please water leak
« on: 11 July 2009, 20:38:08 »

Hi everyone wonder if someone can help me
I have a 2.5 petrol auto saloon and it has developed a water leak. it appears to be leaking from the back of the engine tucked up there are 2 pipes going in to a plastic valve of some type while the engine is running it drips out however when i stop the engine it seams to pour out.
How easy is it to get at and how easy is it to solve. do i need to strip out all the top of the engine where the vac pipes etc sit.

thanks in advance Danny

Yep... That's the HBV :y :y :y

Depending how small your hands are you might be able to do it without taking anything off ::) :y
