non start voltage supply

hi there guys after some info
have an s reg omega 2.016v ecotec auto to which was parked up on sunday night left for 2 days now wont start have no fuel delivery have gained access to fuel pump at which i am only getting 4.5v not the 12v needed to run the pump have swapped fuel pump relay to which no better if i piggy back a wire from red and blue wire from injection relay to red blue to fuel pump relay car runs if i then take it away car continues to run but then once turned off and locked allowing car to shut down car will not restart so not sure where to go next tried looking at wiring diag in haynes manualbut not to clear not sure if it comes as voltage supply from engine management ecu any idea guys

i had that on an old cavalier sri, it turned out to be a bad contact in the ignition switch, might be worth checking :-/

Try changing the fuse even if its not blown
