Black pudding
« on: 02 December 2007, 14:25:31 »

Sorry Coloured pudding, when i was younger living is Sheffield i used to eat this fresh from the market, cold.

Looking at the Scottish pudding i got yesterday it says to heat it up.

Does anyone know if it can be eaten uncooked as many people used to, or advising to heat it up is just a precaution.

Mate of mine used to eat raw pork sausages on a barm for his lunch. How weird is that?
