Theres two screws at the top of the runner poss underneath the black seal and two bolts poss 10mm ,inside door trim, at the bottom of the runner, the seal for the glass is part of the glass, once the runner is  moved gently move the glass and seal to wards the front.(if it not broken that is)

PeteG , valid point but this glass would have to be removed from inside anyway :)
