Help.  Please reply asap as I have an electrician doing some checks for me.

Pins 4 & 5 work but we can't find the Primary and Secondary Therm Connector which we assume goes to the stat.  Anyone know where they are?

Thank you

It appears as if the PDF relates to post-1998 models as the wiring colours are slightly different and there appears to be only one radiator switch.

The good news and it's all thanks to this forum and you guys is that all the electrical checks have been done so it appears that the fault lies with radiator switch.

Thank you so much.

Please look at the righthand side of the diagram ie "Primary Therostatic Switch" then below
"Secondary Thermostatic Switch",
if your car has 'aircon' this arrangement is the same since 1994 until 2004.

Thermostatic Fan Switch

I finally have the part.  Do I need to disconnect anything to fit it?  Is it a case of just unbolting the existing one and refitting the new one?

Thanks again..............
