hi, I'm off to France next week and was wondering
« on: 05 September 2009, 18:49:41 »

I'm off to France next week and was wondering if anyone could tell me where  I need to place (correctly) the headlight deflectors that are required in France. I'm driving a 2002 Omega estate cdx.

I've looked at other sites but some of the instructions seem contradictory, so if any of you have done this your help and guidance would be appreaciated.  :-/

Remember this is for HID's only!

Older headlights and projectors don't have this switch.

Driving in France you need:

1) Hi Vis Jacket for each member in the car, thats accessible from inside the car. IE not in the boot!

2) Bulb Set

3) Spare pair of glasses if you wear them

4) Warning Triangle

You need very small hands, especially on the passenger side, often its best to remove the battery.

If that's the case I dont think i'll bother, do the authorities check when you get off the ferry ?? All my driving is going to be done during the day anyway.
