Electric seat adjustment not working

Hi fellow worshippers .. A small problem.. i hope !
The electric front seat adjustment on my drivers side is not adjusting ! The motor seems to be doing something cos i can hear it but its not actually moving my bum... Any ideas ??  :-?

Money stuck in runners ?Look under the seat and you will see a long tread at the end the is a bolt,get a socket on a long exstention and give it a turn.Sometimes this gets stuck due to lack of movement.

This is the adjustment up and down not so much leg length .. still apply ?

cog has come off serclip come off, if motor working. :y

Yeah i can hear the motor trying to do something and it knocks when it reaches the stop point... so what am i looking for and what do i do pls
