Omega Dead
« on: 05 October 2009, 16:56:02 »

Story so far car starts but when put in drive won't rev up and took ages to start moving forward, little car with spanner symbol on. Get car off drive rob gf's car and go to work, got home thinking i'll top the atf and see if thats the problem, but now car starts sounds rough slight knocking sound then ok. Still won't rev in gear but eml on instead of other warning light. CAr moves forward then conks out, does start but sounds like shite then dies.

Any body any advice or maybe have a code reader in the blackburn area quite willing to pay for someones time just really need help guys as this is my normal work car (don't know how much longer i can stand the 206) ;D

Thanks in advance dave. :'( :'(

Sounds like it could be the DIS pack, an easy fix, takes about 2 hours if it's your first one :y

No at first it was ok when in nuetral and it seemed to rev freely but now it takes a few turns to start then really rough with a knocking sound almost revs up a bit then dies?
