I spent 3 hours canoeing yesterday at a ridiculous temperature of 1.5*, then went out on my works Xmas party till 2am, got up to settle the baby at 5am and spend today with all the other little darlings at her Xmas party. But am I young and able to cope or middle aged and ready for a kip? ::)  The answer is obvious.....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz :D
