Duff door solenoid?
« on: 15 November 2009, 15:17:38 »

Past few days the drivers door would not always unlock and would not unlock at all today, requiring the button to be pulled up from inside.

Before I take the door panel off to investigate, is there any adjustment in the length of throw of the solenoid or is it just the case of if its failed or failing, replace?

Thanks...  If thats the case then I'll get a solenoid before stripping the door rather than doing the job twice because I later discovered theres no adjustment.   ;)   :y

I have a couple in the garage your welcome to, trouble is can't remeber if they work. Think i 'borrowed' them from one my frequent trips the scrappy.

Should really go back, not been there in ages.
