Should I be laughing at this. I'm not sure who I feel more sorry for, the car owner or the bloke who fitted the tow strap.

Got towed in a Mini Clubman, once upon a time, behind a maniacal workmate in a 2.9 4x4 Granada......

From his point of view (via the rear mirror) it was funny....

From mine, opposite locking a Mini on roundabouts certainly was not.....

As to the link, pillock should really know the tensile strength of tupperware....   ;D

It's a picture of Gordon Brown and Alastair Darling having their nuts pulled off by a bloke driving a 3.0l MV6 in protest at the rise in fuel prices.

Always happy to help Markjay.  :y

I had a similar experience at the Goodwood festival of speed one year. Torrential rain and the field I'd parked in was a quagmire. Chap in a lovely old vintage RAC landy offered me a tow and proceeded down the field, through the gate and up the other side of the fence. He had plenty of grip to get through the gate and had the luxury of not having to negotiate it sideways! I don't know how I managed to get a Rover 214 sideways through a 5 bar gate without ripping either bumper off, but somehow I did!
