2001. 2.2 Diesel. rather poorly
« on: 30 November 2009, 16:43:10 »

I have been having trouble starting, so a few weeks ago I replaced the injector crossover seals + leak off pipes. All seemed well at first. But last week the trouble reappeared, so today I replaced the fuel filter housing, and filter, started up ok. But now it is running like a bag of spanners, missing like hell, smoking like a factory chimney and engine management light is on. I have checked all the electric connections. And they seem to be ok. Can any one help.  :'( :'(

can you get the code read, may help, could have dirty fuel, and it has blocked some of the jets, or pump on its way out.
