hi everyone sunroof tries to open sometimes when switching engine on without touching button!have i got ghosts!! :-?

How do we do a "reset" please. My sunroof tends to tilt up on its own every now and then. I assume thats what the "phantom sunroof" refurs too.

set to open position, press and hold, until its fully open. Set to closed position, press and hold until closed.

Thank you Tunnie.  Been out in the cold, I have a dial control but it DID push up in both open and closing so hopefully its reset. Time will tell.

sounds like the magnet is broken inside the control box, did that on mine ages ago,.
also magnet can go weak, just take out and put a 3-4inch magnet on it for an hour or so on both side should renew it.
