I'm guessing yours is a V6.... Rocker cover gaskets, it'll be a tiny amount of oil burning off on the zorst manifolds. Check the plug wells to verify :y

I have just done the same job! You really need to get the leak sorted even if it is a small one cos hot oil on a hot exhaust manifold or its shield might well result in a fire starting under the hood. That is usually the end of the car. It is a common fault though, just do not use the aftermarket joints because they will not fit as they should and will leak again, have alook at how many previous posts are about the same aftermarket joints leaking after they were fitted. Sorry, but the genuine VX ones fit like a glove and the job is a sound one after that. There is a help guide in the Maintenance Guide section.
I bought a VX head gasket set that included all of the bits I wanted, plus a load more useful ones that over time will save me the expensive way of buying all the different ones seperately as and when they are needed.
Until then all you can do is get some Gunk engine cleaner and use it to keep the 'wet' areas as clean as you can. Just don't leave it too long or you will spend loads on Gunk.......

Bet you ain't tried the breather system for freeflow? That was what was putting fumes into mine.
90 mins and job was done - smell gone....
