Sensor keep falling off!
« on: 18 January 2010, 15:13:35 »

Having trouble with the sensor for the temp gauge falling off its fixing, everytime i go over any slight dump in the road it drops off and my dash gauage reads 0 , is it ok just to squeeze the metal fixings a bit closer together or do they have to be a certain distance apart when connected to give an accurate reading?

neither are broken, it just keeps slipping off the circular mounting at the back of the engine.... so its ok just to squeeze it together slighty?  :y sorted  :y
