engine running lumpy

hi to everyone i was wondering if some1 could help me i have an omega 3.0 mv6 1999 and when i idle its lumpy but when i rev up its smooth has anyone had this same problem items ive changed spark plugs ,leads , inlet seals ,fully flush with oil and filter change i look forward to hearing from you i hope

hiya i will have a go at cleaning it thanks for that .u mentioned about the dis pack i had 1 of these go on me once before on another omega i had and the car was running even worse than this car .with this car it only runs lumpy on idle when i drive it up the road its a completly diffrent car well smooth il have a go at cleaning that valve and il reply asoon as i get a result
