Smoked Repeaters ?
« on: 03 February 2010, 15:22:54 »

Where on earth do we stand regarding MOT's and smoked repeaters.

Just fitted two Vauxhall ones, replacing the orange ones, and read that they may fail the MOT.

Looking up and down the office blocks here, LOADS of cars have them and I have to assume that the majority are standard ex-factory fit.

Vauxhall's none orange repeaters are clear not smoked. There's an orange lense/filter inside to make them show orange when lit.
