Some TDs have two small-bore pipes on the underside, some have only one pipe plus a vent hole.

Whichever variant that you have, the outer (or only) pipe is connected to the boost sensor which is located on the nearside inner wing. It's a glass-topped filter, which is itself vented to the atmosphere. The small-bore pipe is very similar to that used for the leak-off pipes.
