Is the key IR or radio based? Do you have a little bubble near the sun roof dial?

Not too sure as to what base it is, there is a small bubble near the front windscreen, and the remote is from a broken omega

Thats a sunlight sensor for climate/air-con. Is there one similar looking but smaller near the sun roof dial?

Reason i ask is the setup for keys is very different, if it is.

Its you have no bubble its radio based, you will need the car pass which has details on the car, key then needs to be coded to the car via tech2. This can be done at a dealer, or one of our members with tech2.

No bubble near sunroof dial, I take it I now need the "Car pass" I will have to wait until I get the V5 from DVLA and then buy this from Vauxhall
Many thanks for your help
