It does but, its a more compromised setup to fit the smaller front wheel drive engine bay

Still compromised on VectraC? 3.2's of those are plentiful and cheap!

.....and will do the best part of 160 mph .....  :y

Trouble is the early ones are bl000dy ugly, the facelifted ones look loads better from the front.  But still not keen on those interiors. But for the money, can't complain  :-/

Soooo cheap, low miles!  :o

But FWD then, and butt ugly  :(
That would do you :http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2006-06-VAUXHALL-VECTRA-SPECIAL-VXR-ESTATE-V6-2-8T-FSH_W0QQitemZ140383306225QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAutomobiles_UK?hash=item20af7f41f1

Better engine 6 speed manual, trim pieces it needs are very easy to come by too.

Anyway on topic: Crank seal issues the veccy cam covers cause.

Of course, its not hugely different.

What it compromises is the low down torque so wont affect high rev activity.

Which, particularly in the case of 3.2 Vectra-C, due to its bloody awful chassis, is no bad thing, as it then stands some small chance of getting around the roundabouts of Milton Keynes without using the kerbs ::)
