the Omega does not have a "front wheel drive" offset.
As far as I know, Vauxhall are the only cars to have 110mm pcd. And the V-car (except Monza / Senator A) are the only wheels that fit directly.
Vectra wheels require 13mm spacers and 13m longer wheel bolts to be acceptable.
regarding tyres, there are two important dimensions to be aware of :-
first, there's the "hub height" or more properly, the "static laden radius". This is how far from the road surface the centre of the wheel sits. The suspension geometry is designed around this height.
second, there's the "wheel revs per mile", this is the effective "gearing" of the tyre. It s actually the figure that the car manufacturer designs the drivetrain around.
Both of these figures are available from the tyre manufacturers, usually on the web. YOU CANNOT CALCULATE them from the nominal size of the tyre.
so, in answer to your question - within reason, any tyre with the same hub height and same wrpm is acceptable.
from a design point of view, make sure the above two things are correct and then choose if you want grip or handling. For grip, go wide and low-profile, for handling, go narrower and higher-profile.
Over the years, I've found 195s to be the best handling, whilst the 235s give the best grip, but not so good handling
hope this helps.
