elite heater problem

its me again with another problem i have just managed to get a s  reg 2.5 elite on the road every thing was fine the heater was working as it  should un till today the temp gauge goes to normal but very little heat  comes in side the car now has any body got any ideas before i start to pull it to bits

Once up to temp are both matrix pipes hot? If not check the vacuum hose is still on the HBV as an easy starter for 10 ;)

as above also try a reset. think its hold auto and on for 10secs and listern for the servos to reset.

flush heater matrix out. i've just done it and is now toasty warm. needs flushing both directions.
