Very useful looking application, however maybe not the best idea for the theme park and qbuster.
here a list of reasons why.

1. who is going to want to download some software onto their phone just so they can see the q times at a theme park? most have these posted around the site anway.
2. how would intergration into ther sites q buster system work?
3. sites would need to upgrade there equipment as most use a barcoded ticket to allow entry to the ride.
4. users would probably not be all that happy with using there phone data connection, im lucky as i have quite a few free mb of data a month, but for others this is not an option. obviously wifi would solove this, but just how many phones on the market have wifi?
5.on the wifi idea do you think a theme park woul be willing to provide park wide wifi access? this would be a huge expense for them, especially when they could charge a small fee for access, like "The Cloud" and other providers.

anyway thats enough of the bad points.
the design is good and i like the way it functions, the text is clear and defined, a perfect pitch for the screen size. menu structure looks a little crowded. not sure the video should have its own section? maybe put it under ride information catagory.

overall a good design and a good effort
