Been a few folk thinking about getting one of those and fitting them into the meega, would be a good project for a novice like me ;D ;D ;D

very nice, but i understand the Omega bay is actually a little too narrow for the V8 gubbins.

Blew my dream of a Monaro 500bhp engine in my 2.2  :'(

Well they managed to fit a Northstar engine in the Omega engine bay (which is over head cam so wider) so it must be doable......

Plus there is a Caterra in the US with a big block V8 fitted.

And that price is cheap!
