You don't need to remove the door pins to remove the door card, the pins simply fit through the gap  :y

think the basic action is pull the door card out at the bottom, once all fixings removed, and lift up and over the pin, once the door card is free. So as Josh says, they dont need to be removed.

I can't see how they can stay. There's a fixing screw behind it .... well ......... there is on a preface lift car.

I know!  ;)
That's why I added my comment re my prefacelift. ie if they're same as mine, they'll have to come out. But your statement suggests that on a facelift car they can stay put.  :y

Don't need to remove the pins on a facelift - I've just removed the rear cards, and I bet a pile of doggy-doo to a pound sterling that the fronts will be the same :y

Small flat blade screw driver, flick the orange square out of the lock knob and pull the knob off the rod.

Now you'll see a cross head screw, remove this and the trim will come out and you remove the door card

Cheers

Andy that is for pre and mini facelift cars, as already mentioned, facelifts do not need the pin removing to get the door card off :y

There isn't one on a facelift Andy ;)

I wouldn't remove the pins as they have a tendancy to rattle once replaced and I can guarentee it will drive you mad ;D
