New look OOF

As you will have obviously noticed, there have been some changes around here ;)

Now despite the Admin Team looking for potential probles for the past 6 weeks or so, we suspect one or 2 may have slipped through the net.

Please post up any issues in the 'Forum Help' section, rather than clutter General Chat :y
