would this make the eml flicker fast on and off ? revs are sitting at 750 rpm ? this is the only code that i am getting  :y :y

Don't know about the flashing light, maybe you have an intermittent fault and the light flashes on and off as the fault comes and goes.

Worth checking for broken wires and giving the IAC a clean before replacing it.
