But why is it that all these cars that run on air, electricity, chicken sh*t, hydrogen,CO2 Bat crap, hot air from livingstone K & total Sh*t from Government have to look so bloody awful. Why cant we develop a car that looks the part does 0-60 in 4 secs, top speed 190 mph does not need filling up & floats over speed humps ?

I've often wondered this. Why don't they just make them look normal?

I guess their target market at the moment are people who want to make a statement (the technology isn't actually up to doing any more than that at the moment, after all) so they make the cars stand out. In a BAD way, IMHO.

.. and break me! What sort of pressure do they store the air at to achieve that energy density? Crash the thing and the next thing you know you'll have become a human meteorite!

It begs the question, why doesnt it have its own inbuilt air compressor? surely i'd expect it to be do-able
