hi every one  other half took car out tonight and phonoed to say she went through deep water(flood) when she got out the other side eml light came on car missfiring  she swich off and restarted everything ok no eml light car drives well untill you excellerate hard (ie kickdown) eml comes om missfire stop car switch off restart everything ok no eml untill extra speed req eml light flashes for ashort while then on permit any ideas please thanks tony [smiley=dankk2.gif]

thanks for that hoofing forgot to mention drove car for approx 20miles thinking same thing (drying out) but still same maybe better in morning car is garaged overnight keeping my fingers crossed

hi everyone just a update got car out of garage yesterday same problem on 1st try switched off restarted no problem since  think i have been lucky after seen photo in local press last night where her in doors had driven through :o
