Front wheel bearing is easy, I think there's a "How-To" here. You simply just change the whole hub.

Rears are a pain, no official how-to here but good posts with pictures about it.

As above. You replace the whole hub and nut, its easy but you'll need a big breaker bar as the nut is very tight.

Close, TIS says 320Nm.

Install

Push new wheel hub with wheel bearing onto steering knuckle pin.

Attach new wheel hub fastening nut to steering knuckle pin – tightening torque 320 Nm / 236 lbf. ft.

Attach dust cap to wheel hub using KM-267.

job done now there was very little play in the bearing but changed it anyway as i had bought the new one. But the bloomin noise is still there it still sounds like the bearing is no its way out what else could it be ????
the car has had new disc and pads prior to me buying it and i thinking that the piston has been pushed further back than its ever been for years, that said the brake disc don't get very hot like it would if the brake was stuck on. im really stuped with this one any advice please  :y
