I just would like to say hi to everyone in this site, and if it is possible ask for help!
I am looking for a mechanik in Greather Manchester area, how is know about omega`s and can solve a issue with my car.
As long as the engine is cold the car runs fine, but as soon as the engine is reach a certain temperature the car is stalling and the engine is stop .
I have been installed 3 different crankshaft sensor, same problem!
If anybody have some idea please let me know.
All best

Clean idle control valve, silver mustard pot sizes canister on passenger side of plenum, air pipe in air pipe out to plenum with electrical plug on the back.

Remove, clean inside with carb cleaner, re fit, may take several attempts or it needs replacing, try barkers on here if no joy.

You say you've tried 3 crank sensors, were they genuine Vauxhall ones?

don't think it will be the crank sensor

I had this on a toyota (ugh!) try unplugging the mass airflow sensor to see if it cures it?  You'll get the fault light on but that will go away later.   The problem I had on the toyota was that the MAF was giving false reading resulting in overfueling - this was fine when cold but not when hot.    this may not be the problem here so do not buy any parts but there is no harm in trying this idea as it costs nothing and will do no harm

I'm not convinced it is crank senor related.  what's the fuel economy like?  worse than normal?  I guess it is over fueling  'cos it runs ok cold but not hot.  Crank sensor is not temperature related; they work or they don't

Also how did you route the replacement CS?
