central locking not operating

 :questionhi im new to the omega,noticed the central locking isnt working at all,from the fob or the key in lock.drivers door locks and unlocks but all the other doors have to be operated by hand.checked fuse 20 and thats ok any ideas???also the little screen on the dash..computer?isnt lighting up.thanks for any help.
