As others have said, 40k/4yr on cambelt, and change the kit (belt and tensioners). Easy DIY job - locking tool useful (about £5).  Worth doing waterpump, as its cambelt driven.

For a 4 Pot best thing you can start with is check those Breather pipes to make sure they are clear to stop your rocker cover gaskets leaking, Also have a look at your ICV to make sure its nice and clean Prevention is better than cure :)  :y

Ill have the 4pot cambelt DVD all finished tomorrow for members to buy for 3 or 4 quid and the money goes back into the forum  :y

 :)Welcome aboard Big H. On a 6 pot make sure the cambelt & tensioners are changed every 4 yrs or 40,000.....oh....sorry did someone already say that?
