Apart from the obvious whats the difference between the 2.5 and 2.6 engine.

Fly By Wire throttle, No EGR, Different design of DIS/Coil Packs.

Thats about it, oh, and its not quite as quick.  :-X

I drove a 2.5 manual for 7 years then switched to a 2.6 auto a year ago.

The 2.6 definitely feels quicker to me (despite being an auto)
