Code help Please.

Just stuck a code reader on the miggy and got this

Total number of fault codes: 1

P1555 - Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) Load Signal not Plausible with Engine Load.

What does it mean. :question

A broken throttle position sensor or wiring i would assume ... did it say if it was "Present" or "Not Present  :y

There will be an electrical plug on the trottle body ... dont know if there is another on the pedal .

Another TPS on the throttle pedal. Might be worth whipping the pedal off and cleaning the tracks on that one as well

Before going to great lengths, simply clear the code and see if it comes back - for all we know, it could be a 10yr old code about a fault long since fixed ;)

Haven't done anything about it yet as code has not reappeared yet. But thanks for the advice all. :y
