If you're getting WGA positives, the system actually has to say that is the case. Sure you ain't been sharing your licence? Also, IIRC, your licence was OEM? If so, check if it was tied to a particular manufacturer.

The first only affects volume copies, which nobody should be using at home.
2nd was a simple glitch, and won't affect anything long term (the scope of it was very small).
Neither are a reason not to run automatic updates, as not putting on the security updates asap is dangerous and irresponsible.
Perhaps I should have said 'WGA for home users does not permenently give positives unless the licence has been breatched'
