MID check warning?
« on: 27 September 2010, 18:38:32 »

I know this has been covered before but can't find the threads. I'm getting Low Beam Fld/vision check coming up on the MID - what is the cause?

It's a problem with your self-levelling headlights - either a sensor arm has popped off its socket on the wishbone at the front of the car or on the suspension on the n/s back, or a levelling sensor has gone kaputt, or the levelling motor has gone on one of the headlights

Ah yes, that rings a bell now, thanks for that. :y Looks like a trip back to the garage then to find out which of those is causing the problem.

Bob - PM me you address, I'll post you one.

If the connector is the same, dead easy to change.  There are 2 different connectors, I will post some loom as well, but that will need soldering if yours is the other type.
