Use existing ecu (assuming both are autos)...

...but what are you hopping to gain?

Ah, makes sense then ;D

How did you manage to knacker the AR25 in a 2.5 Elite (I assume V6, but that could be dangerous assumption)

Hi,
To be honest i have tried to find the fault which seems to be growing,
I have changed the gearbox oil and filter but to no avail so i have decided to change the box also i have checked it with "My Naff Code Reader" diagnoses which shows no faults so with regret i decided to go ahead and change it .
cheers Bob

Before you go through all of that, WHAT FAULT?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

It may be a common, easy to solve problem.  It may be a completely knackered box.  Unless you already have, tell us the problem you are having, and you'll receive all the advice you could ever need.
