About the following:

120  - Oil cooler, plate and O rings
10 -  dowty washers and oil cooler pipe seals.
5 - Sealent
15 - quid for oil and filter
10 - antifreeze (needed after a few weeks and plenty of flushes)
10 - Cleaning solution for coolant system

Lets be generous, 3 hours labour.

So about 170 for parts plus the labour.
