The missus filed a claim with BA b/c her bag was 6 days late on the way out for Crimbo.  Customer service has been responsive via email, but say that they have not received the receipts.  I'm sure the post got to BA and they got lost after that.  I told her to tell BA to look for them where they found her bag . . . somewhere in the nightmare that is LHR T4 ::)
