No. i tried this once to update to the newer style face, and it went haywire, half the warning lights stayed on, the indicators wouldnt light up and the speedo didnt work.

also worth mentioning the minifacelift ones dont work on a prefacelift one either, mini =98-00  pre=94-97

facelift certainly will not work on a pre 98 car.

99 dash fits a 95
could fit a facelift dash with some modifications to the loom

Also the rev counter electronics is different between V6 and 4 Cyl models  so you need to be careful about that too

To my knowledge, NONE of them are interchangeable between FL/MFL cars, SORRY.
