How? I've tried uploading it to photobucket but it is the wrong type of file.

need to host on a website that allows it. Word is not a good format for such things tbh

Try Googledocs. You can prepare a 'Word' document, although it's not MS Word, and then link directly to it. You can also invite people to collaborate so they can make changes to the document if you choose.
